Dr. Nick Hensen
Welcome! I’m Nick Hensen, Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Revive Physical Therapy in Kalispell, Montana. I’m proud to serve the community where I was raised.
Growing up here, I developed a deep appreciation for the active lifestyle that defines our area – from hiking and skiing to simply staying mobile in everyday life. Like many of my patients, I’ve faced challenges with injury and pain. Those personal experiences have given me genuine empathy for the people I treat.
My Path to Physical Therapy
My journey into physical therapy began through my own recovery. Frustrated by repeated setbacks, I started seeking ways to heal myself, which grew into a passion for helping others do the same. Encouraged by my wife, Christina, I pursued that calling and earned my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, graduating with honors in 2020. I returned home to Montana with one goal: to provide personalized, root-cause-focused care that empowers people to move freely and live fully.
My Approach to Patient Care
At Revive PT, my treatment philosophy is grounded in empathy, science, and individualized care. I take the time to understand your goals and the root cause of your pain – not just treat the symptoms. Whether you’re preparing for surgery, recovering from a sports injury, or just want to sleep through the night without pain, I’m here to help!
When I’m Not in the Clinic…
I’m out enjoying life in Flathead Valley with my wife and two kids. You’ll find us hiking the trails, biking backroads, paddling the lakes, or skiing in the winter. I bring that same energy and understanding of active living into the care I provide for each patient.
